The downtown Brenham Schoolhouse Hotel, Room C

The entire venue was sparkling clean, perfectly appointed and decorated wonderfully to reflect the history of the Schoolhouse. We reserved all three rooms on the first floor. We can't say enough wonderful things about the comfort of the beds! We walked downtown in less than 5 minutes for dinner and shopping. Dakota was fantastic to work with and responded to questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us. Our friends from Ohio were delighted.

The property is exceptional with tremendous character. It was a convenient walk to town. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful property, but not up to standards. Noisy, didn’t refresh room, no mini fridge, no hangars (Jacob kindly provided), not walkable to town as description implied, coffee pot couldn’t plug in and speaker didn’t have a plug at all, and tv asked for log in, useless! and need a hand rail on front porch.

Very nice industrial style mixed with school house history. Comfy & spacious.

The actual building is AMAZING!!! We stayed in Room C, which was very nice. We loved the vibe of the hotel and all the furnishings and details! The only concerns we had were the road noise, loud people at 6:30 a.m. in the foyer and a flood light that shined into the windows of the room. It literally felt like it was daylight. There was not anyone on site and the front doors were left unlocked all day, so anyone could just walk in. I would also suggest putting mini fridges in the one bedroom rooms for water, leftovers, etc.... It was a fun get away overall!!!
